Why Does a Different Name Appear in Adobe When Sending an eDoc?

If you notice a different name showing up in Adobe when selecting a Liscio contact for an eDoc, it's because Adobe previously linked that email to another name. This does not affect the sending or signing of your eDoc.

  • The name you see in Liscio is what your client sees on the eDoc task and notifications.

  • Clients enter their own name and signature when signing. They won't see the mismatched name.

  • The eDoc process isn't disrupted by this discrepancy.

How to fix the mismatched name: If your client prefers to correct this, they can log into their Adobe account separately from Liscio and update their name. Changes made in Adobe may take some time to appear. Regardless, the actual signing process remains unaffected.
