When setting up Adobe Sign for eDocs in Liscio, we recommend that you use a work email—not a personal one.
Adobe Sign accounts are tied directly to the email address used to create them. If you use a personal email (like Gmail or Yahoo), it creates problems down the road.
For example:
If an employee leaves the firm, the Adobe Sign account stays with their personal email.
Any signed documents or templates saved to that account go with them.
The firm loses access to important files.
To keep everything secure and under your firm’s control:
Always use a firm-owned work email (like
jane@yourfirm.com) to set up Adobe Sign.This ensures all templates and signed documents stay with the business—even if someone leaves.
