Note: To add an employee, you must be a Firm Admin.
Click the ellipses (3 dots) in the bottom left corner.
Click Admin.
Click Users.
Click + Employee.
Fill out the employee's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
Choose a role for the Employee.
Signing Authority is optional.
Signing Authority allows the employee to sign on behalf of the firm when engagement letters or consent to release letters are sent.
Default Message Recipient is not a required selection.
The Default Message Recipient receives Alerts when clients upload files or make changes to Account information and there is not a Client Service Team assigned.
You can only have one Default Message Recipient in the firm.
Click Create.
The Employee will now be invited to Liscio.
To re-invite an employee
Hover over their name and click the arrow icon on the far right to resend the invite.β
