There are three Employee Roles in Liscio:
Firm Administrator
This is the highest level of access. Admins can do everything in Liscio.
Add, Edit, and Archive other Firm Users
Grant Signing Authority and designate the Default Message Recipient
Use the Login As feature to view Liscio like another employee
Create or change Delete Tags and Templates
View text message logs and add, remove Trusted Domains
Restrict Accounts
Set up software Integrations and monitor eDoc balance
Upgrade the firm from the System Billing page
Note: There is no limit to the number of Firm Administrator Roles per Firm.
Firm Employee
Firm Employees can use all the main Liscio features, including:
Accounts
Contacts
Tasks
Messages
Files
Requests
They cannot:
Add or remove employees
Access billing or integrations
Change system settings
Specialist
Specialists have limited access. They can only work with Accounts they are assigned to as a Client Service Team member.
What they can do:
Use all the tools (Messages, Files, Tasks, etc.) within assigned Accounts
Add Contacts only in those assigned Accounts
What they cannot do:
Access Accounts they aren’t assigned to
Create new Accounts
Best for: Part-time staff, contractors, or when you need to limit access.
To Assign Roles:
Select the ellipses (three dots) in the Left-Hand Menu.
Select Admin → Users.
Hover over the employee to whom you would like to assign a Role.
Select the edit icon on the right-hand side.
Use the drop-down on the Role field and select the new Role.
Select Update.
