Changing the Due Date of a Request

As a firm user, you may have situations where you need to change the due date on a Request that's been sent to a Client, or even another firm user in Liscio. Here's how to do that.

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to the Requests Page.
    ​


    Any Open or Pending Review Request can have its due date adjusted.

  2. Click the Vertical Ellipses to the right of the Request you wish to adjust.

  3. Click Change Due Date.

  4. Click inside the box with the

    icon to load the Calendar.
    ​

  5. Using the Calendar, find and select the new Due Date for the Request.

  6. Once the new, desired Due Date is showing in the New Due Date field, click Change Date.

  7. The Due Date for the Task will be adjusted.
    ​
