Liscio automatically sends notifications to your clients to keep them informed about communications, tasks, and reminders from your firm. Here's how notifications work:

Email Notifications

Your clients will automatically receive email notifications whenever your firm:

  • Sends messages or files.

  • Assigns new tasks for clients to complete.

Clients also receive automatic email reminders for tasks appearing on their Home Dashboard's "My To-Do List":

  • 1 week before the due date

  • 1 day before the due date

  • On the due date (if overdue)

  • Weekly thereafter until the task is completed

For security purposes, clients will also receive email notifications when logging into Liscio from a new device or IP address.

Mobile Notifications

Clients can receive instant notifications on their mobile devices, tablets, or iPads by downloading the Liscio Mobile App. This helps clients stay informed and responsive while on the go.

Text Notifications

Clients will receive text notifications:

  • When invited to join Liscio.

  • When you select "Notify via Text" when sending new messages.

To enable text notifications for your clients:

  • Activate text notifications in the client's Contact Profile, under Details > Edit.

  • Clients can choose to opt-out of text notifications at any time, and you will be notified if they do.
