Note: These steps may differ slightly depending on the version of your phone.
For iPhone Users:
Step 1: Download a File from Liscio
Open the Liscio app.
Tap Files from the menu bar.
Select the file you want to download.
Tap the ellipsis (three dots) next to the file.
Select Download.
Step 2: Locate the File in the Files App
Exit the app and open the Files app (blue folder icon).
If unsure, swipe down from the home screen, type "Files," and tap the app.
Tap Browse at the bottom.
Choose On My iPhone.
Open the Liscio Pro folder to locate your downloaded file.
For Android Users:
Step 1: Download a File from Liscio
Open the Liscio app.
Tap Files from the menu bar.
Select the file you want to download.
Tap the ellipsis (three dots) next to the file.
Select Download.
Step 2: Locate the File in the My Files App
Exit Liscio and open My Files (folder icon).
If unsure, use the search bar, type "My Files," and tap the app.
Recently downloaded files appear at the top.
If not immediately visible, use the search bar to locate the file by name.
