The Listrak Workbench extension enables a Listrak developer tab in Google Chrome. This Listrak focused developer tab monitors the Listrak events that power your automated campaigns and reporting. You can use the tab to identify potential issues and export the data to share with the Listrak team. Speed up time to resolution by using the developer tab.

You can access the Listrak Developer tab at the end of the list of tabs in the Chrome Inspector. Right Click + Inspect to open the Chrome Inspector.
Monitored Events
The following event types are are monitored by the extension:
Framework Loader: Monitors how quickly the main Listrak integration scripts are loaded and the merchant (domain) ID that is loaded as part of the script. If the ID is not present or does not match the ID associated with the account your conversions will not be logged correctly.
Framework Error: Monitors any potential errors in the main Listrak integration script including slow loading or if the framework is not preset.
Experience Content: Monitors information about the popup or inline experiences displayed, including name and targeting rules. Experience Content does not display details for popups built in Popup Pro or GXP; only content built in Experience Builder will display.
Experience Analytics: Monitors if an experience built with Experience Builder has been interacted with on the site, including seen, clicked, or submitted.
Subscription: Monitors input into a subscription form on the site, including subscriber ID and source (if included in the form). Forms where information is not sent directly to Listrak will not show subscriptions via the extension.
Conversion: Monitors the order completion and records details on the items.
Cart: Monitors the cart calls that power Listrak Conductor conversations and non-advanced cart journeys.
Product Browse: Monitors the product browse calls that power Listrak Conductor conversations and non-advanced product browse journeys.
Page Browse: Monitors the page browse calls that power Listrak Conductor conversations and non-advanced page browse journeys.
Cart (BLS): Monitors the product browse calls that power NextGen and advanced cart journeys.
Product Browse (BLS): Monitors the product browse calls that power NextGen and advanced product browse journeys.
Page Browse (BLS): Monitors the product browse calls that power NextGen and advanced page browse journeys.
Recording the Listrak Events
Recording events with the extension as you navigate the site allows you to identify potential issues.
đ If you site collects sensitive information, you can anonymize personal information by toggling on Hide Identity in the Settings panel.
Navigate to the Listrak tab in the inspector. This will typically be the last tab in the inspector.
Click Start Log.
Navigate across multiple pages of your site.
Complete any activities you would like to check (e.g. adding an item to the cart).
Click Stop Logging.
View and Export Reporting
Once you have recorded the events on the site, you can view the results and any resulting errors that were found onsite.
View Network Events and Issues
For quick monitoring of events, you can view any reported issues in the developer tab.
In the Network tab, view all events that were recorded when the log was active
Included in each event is the name, time recorded, method, data URL, status, and site page
Click on an event to see the full payload and response
In the Issues tab, any potential issues based on the logged events are shown
Exporting Reports
If you would like to share the results with your internal team or a technical resource at Listrak, you can export the results to distribute among the group.
Click Export Log to create a .CSV file that contains the event name, full parameters, merchant ID and more.
Use the Export Report to generate an HTML file that includes the events and payloads from the log, any warnings, and information about experiences live on the site.
