To apply for Livble, you must link your bank account(s) through Plaid and authorize Livble to review your financial information.

Once completed, Livble automatically runs an eligibility assessment.

📝 How Do I Apply?

Applying happens directly inside your community’s Livble experience.

To submit an application, you will:

  1. Link one or more personal bank accounts through Plaid

  2. Verify your identity

  3. Authorize Livble to access your financial data and consumer reports

Once this process is complete, your application is automatically submitted and reviewed. There is no separate form to complete.

💡 We Recommend Linking All Eligible Bank Accounts

We encourage you to link all bank accounts you’re comfortable potentially being debited from.

This helps:

  • Provide a more holistic view of your financial activity

  • Strengthen your eligibility assessment

  • Reduce the risk of failed payments

  • Allow backup debit attempts if your primary account has insufficient funds

⚠️ If a scheduled payment fails due to insufficient funds, Livble reserves the right to attempt collection from any secondary linked bank account on file.

🔍 What Happens After I Apply?

After you link your bank account(s) and provide authorization:

  • Livble runs an automated eligibility assessment

  • You’ll immediately see whether you’re approved to split your monthly dues

Approval is based on a full underwriting review, which may consider:

  • Cash-flow activity

  • Income and deposit history

  • Account stability

  • Spending patterns

  • Payment history

  • Community ledger status

🔁 Monthly Re-Assessment

Eligibility is reviewed every month before a new split plan can be created.

Even if you were approved previously, you must still pass that month’s assessment before splitting your monthly dues again.

Approval is never guaranteed month to month.

🚫 When You May Not Be Eligible

You may not be approved if:

  • Your most recent underwriting review does not meet eligibility requirements

  • You have an outstanding balance with Livble

  • Online payments or ACH are disabled in your community system

  • A late fee appears on your community ledger (even if pending)

📌 Important to Know

  • Applying = linking your bank account(s) and authorizing review

  • Livble runs the assessment automatically

  • Eligibility is reviewed monthly

  • You must be approved before each new split plan
