If there’s a weekend or holiday in between, processing may take an extra day.
⏱️ When Does My Rent Appear as Paid?
Rent payments are processed in the 2 PM–3 PM ET window on business days.
If your split is confirmed after that time—or on a weekend or holiday—your rent will be scheduled for the next business day.
While it may not show up immediately in your tenant portal, once Livble debits your first installment, your full rent payment is already in motion through the ACH system and will post once clearing is complete.
