🗓️ When Can I Submit an Application?
You can apply for Livble at any time during the month. Once you apply, your information goes through Livble’s eligibility check to see if you qualify.
🚫 When You May Not Be Eligible
Some conditions can block your application or prevent approval.
Late Fees
If your current rent includes a late fee, you won’t be able to apply until the next month.
Unpaid Balances
If you owe unpaid rent or have a balance with your landlord or Livble, you’ll need to clear it first.
Outstanding Security Deposit
Any unpaid security deposit must be resolved before applying.
Landlord’s Payment Method
If your landlord does not accept ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments, you won’t qualify to use Livble.
🔍 What Happens After You Apply
After you submit your application, Livble runs a quick eligibility check. This looks at your cash flow, spending habits, rent payment history, and verifies your identity for secure transactions.
Livble does a soft credit pull, but your credit score isn’t the only factor. Your overall financial situation and rent history matter more.
For the best results, link your main bank account where your paycheck is deposited so Livble sees your real cash flow.
⚠️ One Last Thing
If you have a late fee — either this month or leftover from a past month — you won’t be eligible to split rent with Livble until that fee is cleared.
