You can apply to Livble at any time during the month! Once you submit your application, it will go through Livble’s eligibility assessment process.

Application Restrictions

While you can apply at any time, certain conditions may prevent you from submitting an application or being approved. You won’t be able to apply if:

  • You have an outstanding balance: Any unpaid rent or balances owed to your landlord or Livble for previous months must be settled before applying.

  • You have an outstanding security deposit: Unpaid security deposits need to be resolved before you can proceed with your application.

  • Your landlord doesn’t accept ACH payments: If your landlord doesn’t accept ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments, you won’t be eligible for Livble.

What to Expect After You Apply

Once your application is submitted, it will go through Livble’s underwriting assessment. This process evaluates several factors, including but not limited to:

  • Cash flow: Your financial situation and ability to manage rent payments.

  • Spending patterns: Livble reviews your spending habits and budgeting practices.

  • Resident portal data: Factors such as late fees or past payment behavior recorded in your resident portal are taken into account.

  • Identity verification: We verify your identity to ensure safe and secure transactions.

Note: Livble does not rely on your credit score as part of the underwriting process. Your approval is based on a comprehensive assessment of the factors listed above.

Be prepared to have these details evaluated, and remember that meeting the criteria is essential for approval.

Important Note: If you have an unpaid late fee from your landlord, whether from a past or present month, you will not be eligible to split rent with Livble until the late fee is resolved.
