Important for End-of-Month Installments:

If you have installments due toward the end of the month, your final payment must be fully processed before you can proceed with splitting rent for the next month.

If you’re concerned about your final installment clearing before the month ends, and you can afford to pay earlier, consider submitting your payment a few business days before it’s due.
