When does a customer receive the abandoned checkout message from your team?

Your customers will receive SMS from LiveRecover under a few general conditions, along with any conditions you apply in your Segmentations.

Your customers will only receive a text message if:

  • They leave their phone number at the checkout page

  • Their mobile number is from the United States or Canada.

  • 30 minutes have passed since they abandoned their checkout.

  • It is between 8am and 9pm in their respective time zone.

  • They have not previously opted out.
