If you're not seeing any conversations, there are a few things you can check to get to the bottom of it.

  1. Make sure your checkout form is set up correctly. You can find the steps for doing so and ensuring your Shopify store is compliant here.

  2. Make sure you have abandoned checkouts. You can view them in your Shopify admin under Orders & Abandoned Checkouts.

  3. Check if your customers are outside of the United States or Canada. Text messages can only be sent to US/Canadian numbers.
