1. Go to “Conversations”
From your LiveRecover dashboard, click Conversations on the left-hand sidebar.
2. Select a Conversation under the "List" tab
Choose the conversation you want to review and provide feedback for.
3. Click “Give Feedback”
Inside the conversation thread, look for the Give Feedback link. Click it to open the feedback window.
4. Rate & Comment
A pop-up will appear where you can:
Select an emoji that reflects your satisfaction.
Add a comment if you’d like to share more details.
5. Submit Your Feedback
When you’re done, click Submit. Your feedback helps us continually improve our agents’ performance.
6. View Past Feedback
To see all feedback you’ve left, switch to the Feedback tab at the top of the Conversations view. You’ll find a list of past ratings and comments for easy reference. You can also edit the feedback/comment you previously left.
