To leave feedback on a conversation, do the following:
Go to your LiveRecover 2.0 Dashboard and click on “Conversations” on the left-hand side:
Once in Conversations, click on the one you want to leave feedback for and at the bottom, you’ll find an option to “Give Feedback for this Conversation”, click on that:
A pop-up will appear, prompting you to rate the conversation with emojis as well as leave any additional comments:
4. Once you’re done, simply hit “Submit”:
