Here’s how you can edit the agent’s message in the workflow of your new 2.0 dashboard:
1. Open “Flows”
From the left-hand sidebar of your dashboard, select Flows.
2. Select the Flow to Edit
Click on the flow you want to modify (e.g., “Abandoned Checkout”).
3. Click “Edit”
In the top-right corner of the flow overview, select Edit to enter the flow builder.
4. Find the “Agent Reply” Node
Scroll down, look for the Agent Reply node.
Click on the Agent Reply node to open its configuration panel on the right.
5. Update Your Message
In the Agent Reply panel, customize the text as needed. Ensure to always keep the following variables in place:
The discount code (
{{Discount Code}}
)A direct checkout link (
{{URL to Checkout}}
)
6. Save Your Changes
When you’re satisfied with the updated reply, click Save.
Your new agent message will now be live once you activate or update this flow.
