Admin access to the Shopify Store is required to install LiveRecover.

Click here to begin the onboarding process or go to liverecover.com and click on "Get Started".

  1. You will be redirected to our sign up page to begin setup.

  • Enter your email address connected to your Shopify store, your first and last name, your store name and your store URL. Use the dropdowns to select where you heard about us and your ARR.

2. Create your password.

3. Enter your store's Shopify URL and click "Connect Shopify".

  • You have the option to skip this step and complete it later but we recommend doing it right away!

4. Once you click on "Connect Shopify", you will be redirected to your Shopify admin dashboard. Click on "Install App".

Wait for a few quick seconds while we set up your account!

5. Use the slider to set the lookback period to target abandoned checkouts from up to 30 days before activation. Once configured, this setting cannot be changed later. If you prefer not to enable historical outreach, you can choose to skip this step.

6. Go through the steps on the next screen to compliantly set up your checkout page. Read about it in detail here to ensure you're fully compliant.

Once you've made all the updates to your Shopify checkout page, check the option below and click "Next".

7. After completing the setup, you'll be redirected to your LiveRecover dashboard. To get started, select a plan by clicking on "Activate Billing" from the onboarding checklist on the left.

Read more about our pricing plans here.

Once a plan is selected, you're all set and can edit your first flow! Use this helpful article on how to create a flow.
