How are sales attributed to LiveRecover?

At LiveRecover, we attribute recovered sales using two primary methods: discount codes redeemed and checkout links sent. Here's how each method works:

1. Coupon Code Redeemed

When a customer redeems a discount code that we provided, we attribute that sale to LiveRecover. This applies regardless of when the purchase is made, as long as the discount code is still active. Our default discount code expiry is set to 10 days, meaning the code is valid for 10 days from the time it's provided. If a customer uses the discount code within this 10-day window, we claim attribution for that sale.

2. Checkout Link Sent

We also track when we send a message containing a checkout link to a customer. If the customer completes a purchase within 20 days of receiving the message with the checkout link, we attribute that purchase to LiveRecover.
