How are sales attributed to LiveRecover?

At LiveRecover, we attribute recovered sales using three primary methods: coupon codes redeemed, links sent, and conversations we had with your customers.

Coupon Code Redeemed

When a customer redeems a discount code that we provided, we attribute that sale to LiveRecover. This applies regardless of when the purchase is made, as long as the discount code is still active. Our default discount code expiry is set to 10 days, meaning the code is valid for 10 days from the time it's provided. If a customer uses the discount code within this 10-day window, we claim attribution for that sale.

Link Sent

We also track when we send a message containing a link to a customer. If the customer completes a purchase within 20 days of receiving the message with the link, we attribute that purchase to LiveRecover.

Conversation Attribution

We also attribute sales to LiveRecover if our agents actively assisted a customer through conversation. Specifically, if we exchanged at least three messages with the customer (at least two messages from our agent, indicating active engagement), and the customer completes their purchase within 24 hours of this interaction, the order is attributed to LiveRecover.
