If necessary, you can also handle the exchange yourself in the following way:

  1. Ask the customer to purchase new tickets, or in the case of free events, you can create a new registration for them manually.

  2. Cancel and refund the original order through the order management system. Please note that the refund is always processed without Liveto's service fee, handling fee, and/or payment method surcharge.

If the customer's original order was paid by invoice or with a cultural payment method, please contact Liveto staff regarding the refund.
