How Can I Exhange Tickets Myself

If necessary, you can also handle the exchange yourself in the following way:

  • Ask the customer to purchase new tickets, or in the case of free events, you can create a new registration for them manually.

  • Cancel and refund the original order through the order management system.
    Please note that refunds are always issued excluding Liveto’s service fee.
