What to do if a customer has lost their ticket

You can locate the customer’s order in the order management system and reissue the ticket through this system. Instructions for using the order management system can be found here: Order Management Instructions.

Please note that issues are handled on an order-by-order basis in the order management system. If your event uses participant information and you need to manage individual participants, refer to the participant management instructions here: Participant Management Instructions.
