Regardless of the sound settings within Llama Life, the Android sound settings will override this.
In Llama Life's Android app, sounds (including Soundscapes, Alarms, Chimes and Button Clicks) will play when:
the app is open and onscreen
Android's Do Not Disturb is OFF
Android's Media volume is turned ON / volume is not turned all the way down
If sounds are still not playing, please check that:
Android's Sound is switched ON
Android's Mute is OFF
Android's Vibrate is OFF
(please see image below for Samsung and Pixel devices)
If you change Mute, Vibration or Do Not Disturb settings when the app is open please hard close for these changes to take effect.
The Soundscapes will also pause when you move from the main list screen to another screen (Summary, Preset Lists, and Settings) via the navigational bar on the bottom of the app, but should resume when you're back on the main list screen.
