Send Proposal Reminders via Text Message | Notes

  • Manual and automated reminders use the same channel as the original proposal.

    • For example, if you originally sent the proposal by text, future reminders will also be sent by text.

  • Reminders do not switch to the current default channel.

  • If a text cannot be delivered, LMN sends the reminder by email instead.

  • Reminders stop when the customer accepts, declines, or requests changes to the proposal.
