LMN Passwords & Login

Written by Kaitlin Lane

Get into your LMN account, set up your password, and get back in fast if you forget it. This article covers first-time login, resetting your own password, and resetting a password for someone on your team.

Which LMN login do I use?

LMN has separate logins for different areas, and a password for one doesn’t work for the others. Before you sign in or reset a password, make sure you’re on the right one:

  • LMN account login: for office staff and admins. Sign in at my.golmn.com/lmn.

  • Customer Portal login: for your customers to view their proposals and invoices.

  • Crew App login: for crew members using the LMN Crew App.

Log in to LMN for the First Time

Your company’s Security Admin adds you in user setup. Once your profile is active, you’re ready to set your password and sign in.

  1. Go to my.golmn.com/lmn.

  2. Enter your username. This may or may not be your email address, so use the one your Security Admin set up for you.

  3. Enter your password and sign in.

  4. If you haven’t set a password yet, select Forgot Password and follow the emailed instructions to create one.

💡 If you can’t find a login email, check your junk or spam folder, and confirm with your Security Admin that the email on your profile is correct.

Reset your own Password

  1. Go to my.golmn.com/lmn.

  2. Select Forgot Password.

  3. Enter the email address tied to your LMN account and select Send Email.

  4. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password. Use the link soon after it arrives, because it expires.

💡 Make sure you’re resetting the right login. A reset for your LMN account doesn’t change your Customer Portal or Crew App password.

Reset a Team Member’s Password as an Admin

  1. Go to the user’s profile in user setup.

  2. Select Reset Password.

Important: A user’s profile must be Active before a password reset can save. If the profile is inactive, a Security Admin needs to reactivate it first. If you can’t see user setup, you likely don’t have the required admin permissions, so ask your Security Admin to make the change.

To change someone’s username or email, open their profile, make the update, and save.

FAQ / Troubleshooting

Why does my password reset link say “invalid token”?

The reset link has expired. For security, we never send passwords by email. We send a temporary link instead, and it only works for a short time. To fix it:

  1. Go to my.golmn.com/lmn/#/login and select Forgot Password again.

  2. Enter your email address and select Send Email.

  3. Open the new link right away.

Still seeing the error? Check that the date and time on your computer are correct to the nearest minute. An incorrect clock can also cause an invalid token message.

Why didn’t I get my password reset email?

  • Check your junk or spam folder.

  • Confirm you entered the email address tied to your LMN account.

  • Ask your Security Admin to confirm the email on your profile and that your profile is Active.

What do I do if I see “Oops, something went wrong. LMN has trouble authenticating you”?

  1. Test in a private/incognito window:

    • Open a private browsing session in your browser (e.g., "New Incognito Window" in Chrome).

    • Attempt to log in to LMN. If it works, the issue is with your browser's cookies or cache.

  2. Sync your computer’s date, time, and time zone. Even a few minutes off can block your login.

  3. Allow cookies for LMN in your browser settings, close your current tab, open a new one, and try again.

  4. Clear cookies and cache:

    • Open your browser's settings and navigate to the privacy or security section.

    • Select the option to clear browsing data.

    • Choose "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

    • Set the time range to "All time" and confirm the action.

  5. Close and relaunch your browser.

  6. Repeat the process on other devices if you use LMN across multiple devices.

The message “Resource has been removed, changed or temporarily unavailable” has the same first fix: check your date and time settings.

For step-by-step instructions on clearing your cache, turning off pop-up blockers, and syncing your clock, see the LMN General Troubleshooting guide. Additionally, testing in a private/incognito window and clearing cookies and cache on all devices can help resolve browser-related login issues.

Why can’t I sign in to Granum Academy?

  • Use the Sign in with LMN button.

  • Confirm your username. It may not be your email address.

  • If your account is new, allow 24 hours for the Academy to register it.

  • Ask your Security Admin to confirm you’re set up as an Office Staff or Crew Lead user, with Add and Edit Timesheets set to Admin in User Permissions. Crew Member users don’t have Academy access.

If you still see “Something went wrong,” contact Support. Usernames that don’t match an email address, accounts tied to a former employee, duplicate or old accounts, and email case mismatches all need Support to re-provision your Academy account.

Who can I contact if I’m still locked out?

We’re here to help you get back to work. Reach our Support Team by email at lmn-support@granum.com, through Live Chat, or by phone at (888) 347-9864.

When you reach out, include your username, the login you’re trying to use (LMN account, Customer Portal, or Crew App), and a screenshot of any error message.
