The dashboard at a glance

When you log in, you'll land on the Load Board — a live feed of verified loads matching your truck profile. From the dashboard you can access:

  • Load Board — search and filter live loads

  • Profitability Heatmap — visual map of which lanes are paying best

  • Deadhead Optimizer — find return loads to avoid driving empty

  • Load Alerts — set up notifications for specific lanes or load types

  • My Trucks — manage your vehicles, drivers, and availability

  • Account — billing, plan, team members

Searching for loads

Use the filters at the top of the Load Board to narrow by:

  • Origin (city, state, ZIP, or radius)

  • Destination (city, state, ZIP, or radius)

  • Pickup date range

  • Weight & dimensions

  • Equipment type (cargo van, Sprinter, box truck — including length)

  • Rate minimums

Click any load to see full details, broker info, contact options, and one-tap call/email.

Setting up your first Load Alert

  1. Go to Load Alerts in the side nav.

  2. Click + New Alert.

  3. Define your lane (origin radius, destination radius), date window, equipment, and minimum rate.

  4. Choose delivery: email, SMS text, push notification (iOS app).

  5. Save. You'll get pinged the moment a matching load is posted.

Essential plan members get 30 alert emails/month. Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.

Booking your first load

When you find a load you want:

  1. Click Contact Broker — you'll see phone and email when.

  2. You'll see broker ratings on each load to give you data on how responsive the brokers are to other carriers on the platform

  3. Reach out directly with the brokers contact information they've posted on their load

  4. Negotiate the rate. (Don't just take the posted rate — see our rate negotiation guide.)

  5. Once agreed, the broker will send you a confirmation

  6. Have all of our paperwork ready for the broker including but not limited to insurance, MC authority, DOT number, etc.

What to do in your first week

  • Run 5+ loads through the platform to get a feel for which brokers and lanes work for you.

  • Monitor broker ratings and follow up with active ones regularly about freight

  • Check the Profitability every Monday to see where the market is moving.

  • Use the Deadhead Optimizer every time you accept a one-way load — saving even one deadhead leg pays for your subscription many times over.

  • Save loads to come back to the data and reach out to brokers using saved info on your account
