Can I share Pro with my driver(s)? Yes. Pro includes up to 5 users, so you can give logins to your drivers, dispatchers, or admin staff.
What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise? Three things: Pro is capped at 5 users / 25 trucks; Enterprise is unlimited. Enterprise also includes a dedicated account manager and dedicated support manager. If you're under those caps and don't need a dedicated AM, Pro is the right call.
Can I downgrade from Pro to Essential later? Yes, but you'll lose mobile access and unlimited Load Alerts.
