Here's how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Account → Billing → Upgrade Plan

  2. Select the plan you want to move to

  3. Confirm

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current month, and your monthly rate adjusts going forward.

The fastest way to upgrade or downgrade or cancel your account is to email support@loadworkhub.com and the team will help.

Downgrading your plan

  1. Account → Billing → Change Plan

  2. Select the lower plan

  3. Confirm the downgrade by emailing support@loadworkhub.com — the team finalizes it on their end

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your existing features until then, and your next charge is the lower amount.

What you lose when downgrading

Pro → Essential:

  • Mobile web access

  • Night Mode

  • Unlimited Load Alerts (drops to 30/month)

  • 4 user seats (Pro has 5, Essential has 1) — extra users get removed

  • Truck capacity drops from 25 to 2

Enterprise → Pro:

  • Dedicated Account Manager

  • Dedicated Support Manager

  • Unlimited users (caps at 5)

  • Unlimited trucks (caps at 25)

Plan ahead — if you have more users or trucks than the lower plan supports, remove some before the downgrade takes effect.

Note: the Load Work Academy stays available on every plan, so you don't lose it when downgrading.

Canceling

To cancel your subscription, email support@loadworkhub.com. That's the only way to cancel — our team handles it from there.

  • No cancellation fees

  • You keep access through the end of your current billing cycle

  • Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you come back

Reactivating after cancellation

Cancel and come back within 30 days? Your data, saved alerts, and truck profiles are still there — just log in and re-subscribe. After 30 days, the account is permanently removed.
