When you login to Athena Tama you will land in the Tama dashboard.

You have two main sections that you can then navigate to - Organisation, and Solutions.

Organisation

Organisation is where you can manage your profile. Go to Organisation, People:

In this section you will be able to see the profiles of all the people that belong to your organisation (fellow brokers, admin staff etc). You can toggle through the members here:

Only your profile will be editable. Here you are able to check and edit your contact details and information:

Solutions

Solutions is where you can view and manage your loan submissions to Athena, access your supporting docs, trigger and receive information requests, and see the status of your application.

To view your Application Grid, go to Solutions/Application Processing/Loan Applications:

Here you will be presented with your grid of Athena Applications.

You can filter and search applications, and view the current status as Athena works on your application.

On a particular Application grid entry, you can also navigate to Application Action pages for that Application by clicking the 3 dots on the right of the grid entry, such as:

  • Info Request (a digital channel to communicate with your applicants);

  • Supporting Docs (where you manage the supporting docs for the application); and

  • Omni (a window in to the assessment workflow of Athena).

Note that you can also navigate to these Application Action pages from the menu in the ribbon above:

Loanapp Applications

To create a new Loanapp application, or to work on an existing Loanapp application, use the menu to navigate to Solutions/Loanapp:

This will launch the Loanapp application in a new tab. If this is your first application you will have no existing applications to view - to start a Loanapp, click New.

Note that the Loanapp and Tama functionality are on two different tabs - they are both open and you can switch from one to the other:

For a run-through of Loanapp functionality and how to submit to Athena, click here.
