LocalClarity works to provide the most dynamic reputation and local presence management platform available today for multi-location clients and their marketing agencies.
To achieve this goal, we are constantly adding the review platforms that are most important to our clients.
Just Ask
If you would like us to consider a new platform, please contact us at hello@localclarity.com with the platform and a few of your sample listing pages.
We will review the structure of the page content and even reach out to the platform directly to inquire on their available technology to support a connection. A breakdown of the connection types is presented below.
Full 2-Way API Connection - Free/Unrestricted
These are our favorite partners. They offer full API connections to reviews and allow the platform to push review responses directly from the LocalClarity ReviewsInbox to the review platform. Examples are Google Facebook, Booking, and TrustPilot.
Full 2-Way API Connection - Restricted
Often the most challenging, these are the businesses that support connections but then restrict access to only those willing to abide by their policy restrictions, expecting partners to pass along their prohibitive expense structures. The primary example is Yelp.
One Way API Connection
These review platforms offer connection methods that allow for reviews to flow into LocalClarity, but don't support technology to push the response directly from the ReviewsInbox to the platforms. TripAdvisor is an example, with their hybrid approach. Responding to a review from within LocalClarity takes the user directly into the TripAdvisor back office to provide the response. Another example is Zomato. They have an API to pull reviews, but have no support for accepting responses.
Public Websites - Open
The majority of review platforms supported by LocalClarity are achieved through robust fetching process to acquire both the review and the response from every client location. We require a list of all client location URLs to establish and test the connections.
Public Websites - Blocked
Occasionally, we encounter a request for reviews from a platform that does not provide an API connection and specifically prohibits the collection of reviews from their website. If we can't accommodate your review integration request, it is probably because the source has been coded to restrict access.
Current Core Integration List
Please see below all of our core review integration partners (as of October 2022). We are adding 1-2 new platforms a month based on client requests. If you don't see a needed platform, just ask.
