Why do I see repeated states/territories in the application?

TL;DR It's an issue with location address consistency

The LocalClarity Review Dashboard and Local Performance reports might show data that looks to duplicate a state/province/territory. Here is an example from the dashboard

An instance of this duplicate name in your account indicates that some of the location's official Google address include the area's abbreviation while others have an alternate or full name. Continuing with the Using the same example, all but one locations has NSW as the area while one has the full New South Wales.

This is, unfortunately, a hard item to edit with Google since they normally do not permit edits at the Area level. If this issue is causing significant issue for your account please contact support@localclarity.com with the details.
