Does LocalClarity offer directory citation management?

TL;DR No. It is a strategic choice.

The Short Answer

Fundamentally, we don't believe the historic processes of directory citation management continue to be of material value. It's our approach that Google My Business optimization is the primary avenue in which multi-location business can and should increase their competitiveness.

LocalClarity has numerous retail clients with cumulative GMB Knowledge Panels views that are 10-20 times more than their total website visits each month. Their local search presence on Google is their primary web presence, and should therefore receive the corresponding attention.

Making certain that each location has the optimal elements (NAP+W, primary category, additional categories, description, images, attributes, questions & answers, strategic review responses, plus 20+ other data points) is significantly more impactful on location profitability than updating the name, address, and phone number at directory websites that are not in popularity anymore.

In order to provide the highest possible value to our clients, we have decided to focus on proven, high-impact technology support.
