First, Auto Reply Templates
Auto Replies are templates that users can use to quickly respond to a review. This makes responding faster and makes sure the response stays on brand and uses approved language. Smart response templates can be used to respond to Google, Facebook, TrustPilot, Booking and other direct integration platforms.

Then, Auto-Insert Variables
To make the Auto Reply Templates even more powerful, we have made available a set of six variables that can be used to insert variables, both Google review-based and location-based, directly into the response template.ย 

Now, Intelligent Auto Response
Build campaigns to automatically respond to Google reviews while still following all of the best practices for timely, personalized, on-brand responses.

What About Other Platforms?
Intelligent Auto Response is only available for Google, Facebook and Trustpilot reviews. In the near future we will be adding other sites that permit full API connections.
