If you've just connected your GMB account and instead of seeing your brand or agency name, you're seeing your actual name on the location card, you're probably incredibly confused.
This isn't a bug, and attempting to deactivate and reactivate will not fix this. The issue actually stems from your location(s) not being without a Group in your GMB portal. Without an assigned Group, Google defaults to displaying the name in your email instead.
By logging into your GMB portal, creating a group for your location(s) and resyncing your account on LocalClarity, you can easily fix this issue.
