Within the application we use 3 different methods of tracking how a review response was sent: Auto-Reply (Blue outlined checkmark), Internally (Solid blue checkmark), or Externally (Solid green checkmark).
Auto-Reply
An auto-reply indicates that a review was responded to within the platform, but by an auto-response campaign that was set up.
Internal Reply
An internal reply indicates that a review was responded to directly from within the platform.
External Reply
An external reply indicates that a review was responded to outside of the platform. For these responses, we pull them in overnight and use the green arrow to designate the origin of the response.
In the top right hand corner of the ReviewsInbox, there is an option to download the review data. This can also be used as another way to see the distribution of reply type for your location.
