If a response you've sent is in the outbox with this error message, it's due to an attempt of using a template with auto-insert variables for a location that has yet to be assigned those in the application.

Resolution:

  1. Assign the auto-reply aliases to the location(s),

  2. Delete the previous response from the Outbox,

  3. Use the auto-reply template to respond to review.

If done correctly, then after the set delay, your response should successfully post.
