This unfortunately is a limitation placed by Booking.com and not anything that LocalClarity has any control over.

This limitation seems to have been placed to encourage more opportunities for mutual interactions between guests and the brand directly.

Whether responding to Booking.com reviews through their site or through LocalClarity, reviews that are without comments just cannot receive a response.
