For Google My Business listings with multiple employees, reviews cannot be collected in one stream for a single listing. For example, in a medical practice, each practitioner will have a separate listing composed of their reviews.

In doing so, this will create several listings under the same location. For the time being, this set up will be the best solution for collecting reviews. One thing to note- to ensure that the listing is associated with the correct business location, please make sure to use the "Located in" feature.
