I'm having issues with the Chrome browser extension...

In order to improve the functionality we may push an update that you may not have seen in the browser extension.

If you're encountering what looks like a bug or an issue with the browser extension, the first step to troubleshooting is to check for an update.

Here's how...

Click the puzzle icon in chrome or ...
Click Manage extensions in puzzle icon menu or hover extensions > click Manage extensions in the ... menu

3. If an update is available for the extension, there will be an update button on the LW extension or you can choose to update all.

Note that if you are not seeing the "Update" option, toggle Developer mode on.
