As long as a withdrawal hasn’t been processed by our team yet, you can cancel your withdrawal request by entering the 'Pending Withdrawals' section in your cashier.
Keep in mind that withdrawals are considered processed when the request has been reviewed and approved by the financial department. Once this step is completed, cancellations are no longer possible.
If your withdrawal is still pending, you will find an option there to cancel it by clicking on "Tap to Cancel".
In the case you experience difficulties during the withdrawal cancellation process, such as not seeing the cancel option or encountering errors, troubleshoot by clearing your browser cache or switching devices.
If no cancellation option is evident, this could indicate that the withdrawal has already entered the processing stage. In such cases, review your withdrawal history for updates or contact customer support.
