Quick answer
Use this article to open a replenishment task, complete the on-screen movement, and close the task in Logentic.
Safe stop/escalate checklist
Start here: Start from an assigned replenishment task that matches the warehouse, product, source location, and destination location.
Do this first: Confirm the physical product, SKU/barcode, bin, pallet, tote/container if used, quantity, and associate assignment before moving or completing work.
Stop if you see these states/errors: Stop if the task shows the wrong product, wrong location, unexpected quantity, unavailable container, scan rejection, or any validation/complete action you are not authorized to perform.
Who owns the blocker: Associate: complete only assigned and matching physical work. Supervisor: approve unclear tasks or quantity/location mismatches. Support: investigate blocked tasks. Product/Engineering: clarify validation, completion, and inventory side effects.
What evidence to send: Workspace, warehouse, replenishment task ID, product/SKU/barcode, source and destination location, quantity, associate, exact blocker/error, screenshot, timestamp.
Common use cases
Warehouse operator: Complete a replenishment task after being assigned to move stock.
Warehouse lead: Assign a replenishment task and confirm it can be completed.
Shift supervisor: Clear replenishment work before releasing more picking work.
