Why Are Plans Changing?

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience, we’re updating our subscription plans. These updates may include pricing adjustments, but they reflect broader improvements meant to support all users moving forward.


What’s New in the Updated Plans?

We’re excited to introduce a suite of powerful new features designed to help you work more efficiently and get better results:

  • Idea Board – Plan your posts in a kanban-style layout and schedule content with a single click.

  • Best time to post suggestions – Boost engagement with personalized posting times for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Improved Canva integration – Seamlessly import Canva designs straight from Post Builder

  • Bulk uploads – Schedule up to 60 posts at once by importing a CSV file.

  • Productivity bundle – Access exclusive features like recurring posts and streamlined tagging.

These features will become available in your account at your next renewal.

  • Revamped analytics to deliver deeper insights from your social media data


Can I Keep My Previous Plan?

We understand some users may prefer earlier pricing models. However, we are unable to revert accounts to previous subscription plans or offer custom discounts or promotions.

All users will need to choose from our currently available plans.


Where Can I View My Options?

To view available subscription plans:

If the current plans don’t match your needs, you can also cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.


Will I Be Notified About the Changes?

Yes. If your account is impacted by these updates, you will receive an email before your renewal date outlining:

  • Your updated plan

  • Pricing changes

  • Renewal details

Please check that email or your Billing Page for the most accurate and up-to-date information.


What If I Want to Cancel or Downgrade?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Learn how here: How to Manage My Subscription

Important:
If you downgrade:

  • Your account must meet the limits of the new plan

  • We recommend reviewing plan features and usage limits to ensure a smooth transition

If you cancel, your subscription will be removed, and your account will go to view-only mode.
