The Facebook page I want to connect to Loomly is not available - what can I do?

If not all of your Facebook pages appear available and you are listed as the Admin (Facebook access with full control) for the page, it's usually because you have not granted Loomly all permissions necessary when prompted by Facebook to do so.

Here is a quick way to fix this 😊

And then, visit the Social Accounts tab of your Calendar Settings page, remove your Facebook connection, add it again, and make sure you accept all permissions when requested by Facebook.

⚠️ Notes:

  • If you have other pages connected, you will need to refresh connections to Facebook and Instagram accounts for each calendar as this will disconnect the connections all calendars you have connected.

  • You can complete reconnecting for all Facebook and all Instagram connections for each calendar from the hyperlinks provided.

  • If you do not see your Facebook group, please double-check that you are set as an Admin to the group, and that you are trying to connect a Facebook group. Even if you created the group it will require this extra step, it is not automatic.
