After a column runs, each cell shows a short message or a result. This article explains the messages you may see, quoted as the app shows them.
Where do I see more about a cell?
Double-click a cell, or select it and press
Enter. The details show the fields of the result. Hover a field and click Add to column to put it in its own column. See Put a result's fields into their own columns.
What do the messages mean?
Processing...: the cell is being worked on.
Queued...: the cell is waiting for its turn in the run.
No company found: Company profile returned no company for that row's input. Other rows in the same run can still return results.
Record Found: Lookup in Table found a match in the other table. The cell can show a field count, as in "Record Found (2 fields)". Open the cell to see the fields.
No Record Found: Lookup in Table found no match for that row.
1 record sent: Send to Table sent that row to the destination table. If the destination table was already open, reload the page to see the new rows.
Skipped duplicate: Send to Table did not send the row again. It shows when Skip duplicates is on, a Unique Key Column is set, and you re-run the column.
Sent: a Send Slack Message row posted its message to the channel you picked.
What if a cell shows an error?
The first time a cell fails, a tip says: "A cell that failed says so. The message is in the cell it happened in." The footer shows a count such as "1 cell failed". The tip explains three labels:
Error: "Crashed, something went wrong."
Unsatisfied: "Enrichment ran correctly, but output didn't match expected format."
Skipped: "Did not run because of filters or missing dependencies."
One message has a clear fix. If every row fails with "Unique key column is required when updating rows or skipping duplicates.", open the Send to Table column's Advanced Settings and pick a Unique Key Column. See Send rows to another table, or look up data from one.
Good to know
Company profile and Lookup in Table are labelled Free. Send to Table is too.
A failed cell shows its message in the cell it happened in.
Sent means the message went to the channel you picked. Check the channel before you run more rows. See Get data out: download a file or send rows to Slack.
A cell can show a message that is not listed here. Open the cell to see its details.
