Profit Distribution
Managers can make Mass Distribution at any time, they can do this to return some profits to everyone (like a dividend payment) or even close the fund by returning capital to your backers.
Mass Distributions are based on Member’s current equity stake.
Managers make 15% of the profits made upon Distribution. This is done is a hacky way right now so please DM us on Twitter for us to show you, but it works!!! Let us know when you get to this stage.
👉 Pro Tip: We recommend Managers communicate the time horizon of their Fund. And manage upfront when Members can expect Dividend payments and/or a full return of capital.
Individual Exit
Need out early? Members can Request an Exit Proposal, which notifies the Manager to redeem their stake at the current fund value.
👉 Pro Tip: We recommend Managers set rules upfront about when individuals can do early redemptions. Or choose not to permit them at call even.
