Our Storage units team will reach out within a few hours from when your order has been placed. We’ll gather information on the list of items we will be collecting. For 50sqft units and above you will be required to complete a video survey before your move, to get as much information as possible on the service selected. This will be about the stuff you need collecting / packing.
We’ll also ask about the logistics on the collection day. For example, available parking, access, and the point of contact.
