If you have your stuff stored individually inside of a storage unit, you can request your items to be returned individually whenever you like. Once logged into your LOVESPACE account, you can select the exact boxes you want returning from the My Stuff section.
Our standard return starts at £124 for up to 15sqft worth of stuff.
You can always check how many boxes you have in storage on your My Stuff page, as well as any details about your items, such as a brief inventory if we’ve packed your stuff and any other box details.
Units from 50sq ft and above are stored in crates. If your stuff is stored in a crate, you can’t order individual items back from inside your crate. As a result, if you’d like your stuff back, you’ll have to place an order to have everything returned.
