Log into your LOVESPACE account
In the drop-down menu, found in the top right-hand corner of the screen, click “MY STUFF”
Then, click “WITH LOVESPACE”. You’ll see all your boxes currently in storage on this page
Choose the boxes you’d like to be delivered back to you and click “RETURN”
Select the international country you’d like to return to and then answer the subsequent questions
If you’ve let us know previously that you needed international shipping, we should have your items prepared and you’ll be able to view a quote instantly. To assist you, LOVESPACE offers partnerships with Sherpr and AGS for hassle-free shipping. Preparation fees may apply: £1 per box if measured by LOVESPACE and £2 if you provide the dimensions yourself.
Once you receive a quote, you will then have to proceed with the booking on our partner Sherpr’s website. Visit lovespace.sherpr.com to enter your box details, receive a quote, and complete the booking. A refundable standard UK delivery fee is applied when booking through LOVESPACE, which will be refunded upon confirmation of your international shipping arrangement. Alternatively, you can use your own courier, such as FedEx, by coordinating with them directly. Notify LOVESPACE of the courier details, including collection date, and we will provide the storage facility address for your items. Important Considerations:
Prohibited Items: Ensure compliance with international shipping rules by reviewing the Retail Prohibitions and Restrictions. Including prohibited items can lead to delays or additional charges.
Flexibility: You can choose specific items for shipping, so the rest remain safely stored with LOVESPACE.
