If you make your order before 11am Monday to Friday, on a by-the-box service, then your stuff can be with you within 2 working days. If you’d like your boxes delivered back on a Monday, please request this by 11am on Thursday. Saturday deliveries are available at a slightly higher cost depending on the service requested. Full-day availability is required for standard deliveries, as time slots cannot be guaranteed, ensuring successful delivery. Additionally, in cases where items are shipped to LOVESPACE, collection dates can influence estimated delivery timing, which typically takes up to three working days.
To schedule the return of your items from storage:
Log into your LOVESPACE account.
Select ‘MY STUFF’ from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
On the 'WITH LOVESPACE' page, choose the items for delivery and click ‘RETURN.’
Enter the delivery address, select an option, and confirm the date, ensuring you're available throughout the delivery time slot. If you need to reschedule your delivery or delay it by several months, LOVESPACE offers flexible storage options with monthly payments until you're ready to request delivery.
