In our removals service, the day before your moving day, we’ll send you an email with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) at your current home.
Then, on your moving day, we’ll send you a text message with a more accurate time. As a result, please make sure we have your correct mobile number before your moving day! You can do that by going over to your orders page.
