For all removals orders, we require our team to have adequate parking within 30 meters of your current home. If this isn’t the case, we may have to charge you more if your removal takes longer than expected.
It’s also possible that we have to postpone, or cancel, your removal until a parking permit is organised for our team. On top of this, any parking fines we may incur as a result of not having adequate parking will be passed on to you.
For room-to-room moves, please make sure your accommodation provider is aware we’ll be coming. If they aren’t, they might not let us access your room on your moving day – and if this happens, we’ll have to cancel your order and you’ll still be charged.
